So now that Christmas is over the heat is really on! We have moved the caravan to its new home, booked the cleaners, booked the final electricity meter read and now just trying to cancel foxtel!
Its hard to believe that its finally happening! Now just to finish packing! Well actually now to start packing lol.
Nearly all the big stuff has gone! Now just to start putting everything else into boxes!
Seems so close to moveout date but still so much to do! Hopefully we will get there!
Moving into a caravan for 12-18 months to try and save for our ideal house! We have 2 children under 4 and a dog and guinea pig. This will follow the lead up to moving in and the time we spend in there...could be fun or it could be hell.

AARRGGHH!!!!!
So Nathan tells me yesterday that he wants everything ready to go Friday! Everything out! How the hell am i supposed to do that by myself?!?! I have been watching my kids plus have my little sisters to look after as well and he expects everything packed and ready to go Friday?!?!?!
So annoyed as he is expecting me to get everything done but is at work all week and then has his Christmas party on Thursday so he will be no help. I have so much sorting to do and I honestly don't think Ill be able to do it all.
Another problem is that we have is that we discovered that we cant get Naths Ute started so we will have to hire a flat bed to move it! GGRRR!!!
So frustrating and stressful!

IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!!!!!
So its finally official! We have sent our notice to vacate this morning!!! We are moving out!
Crap....we are moving out in 3 weeks! Well we have to be out in 3 weeks but we will be gradually moving our stuff out. Our lounge room is just an empty space now as we cleaned the carpets over the weekend and don't see the point of putting the couches back in.
The only thing to be seen in the lounge room is the mattress that we have been sleeping on as our bed has been cleaned as well and was too wet to sleep on.
The kids rooms are empty and only have a mattress in each. Hopefully though all the mattresses will be dry tonight and we will all be sleeping in the main bedroom. Partially to get used to us all being in the same space and also so we can close the back half of the house of so it doesn't get destroyed.
Its actually getting quite scary! I honestly though that this was just a lot of talk and that nothing would come of it. That we would have a caravan in the front yard that we keep saying we would move into but never actually do it.
I have to admit though, even with all the problems that we have had with this house and the real estate agents I will miss this place. It was the first place Nath and I got by ourselves and it was the home that we brought both our babies home to. It has held us for nearly 4 years so I think that I will be sad to leave here.
But a new adventure awaits! 3 weeks away!!! EEEKKK!!!!

The Race Is ON!!!!!!
So we get an email yesterday saying that our rent is going up in 8 weeks and that they want us to pay for water. Talk about a shock to the system. They wont even fix the house propally and yet they want to put rent up?!?! We have a room that is completely useless!!!
So anyway we have had enough! We have decided that when the real estate comes for an inspection in 2 weeks that we will give her our notice!
It means that we may have to live in my parents house for a bit. Nath reckons he can plug the leaks in the caravan for now so we can sleep in it but I don't think I want to take that chance lol.
I'm just so sick of paying money for someone elses house that we cant do anything to and for the real estate expecting a display home! So frustrating.
So have now really got to get into gear!
We will start with the kids rooms and go from there...They are going to sleep in our room for a bit so that way we guarantee that the bedrooms remain in a decent state and will only need to have a last minute vacuum.
