So we think we have finally set a moving date. Lets see what happens! Things have been slowed down a bit due to weather problems and naths computer being stuck at work for over a month (this had all the designs and mesurements for the kitchen and cupboards) and the fact that we had to move the caravn due to an unhappy realestate agent.
Everyday I wake up thinking about what I have to do today to make the transition easier but then I actually get out of bed and look at all the boxes and stuff and just lose all motivation :s
I think moving house would be so much easier! Just put everything into boxes load up you truck or ute and just drive to the next house. Moving into a caravan is not so easy. The list of things i cant take is endless so over half our house is going into storage...Thankfully we are able to store at peoples houses and not hire storage facility.
There are so many things we wish we could take but cant :( For nath is is probably his nespresso machine, for the kids it would be all the piles and piles of toys that they have. For myself its something a lot more personal. Its breaking my heart that i cant have family photos. I dont remember having photos around the house when i was growing up so that was one thing I really wanted in my own house.
The photos have been packed up and are sitting in storage. It is good though as my house no longer feels like my home so I just want to get out and into the caravan so we can get into our new home quicker.
Still have no motivation to get packed though lol. The best i can do at the moment is try and get all our washing done. Maybe by the next time i will have done a little more
Moving into a caravan for 12-18 months to try and save for our ideal house! We have 2 children under 4 and a dog and guinea pig. This will follow the lead up to moving in and the time we spend in there...could be fun or it could be hell.
